These terms cover the Volot app and volot.app, made by Radov Studio, run by Andrej Radovanović, Serbia (“we”). By using them you agree to these terms. Questions: [email protected].

The app licence

Volot is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add the points below; where they differ, Apple's agreement wins for the licence itself.

Not medical advice

Volot is for training and general fitness. Its plans, targets, scores, estimates and meal plans are not medical advice and don't replace a doctor, dietitian or physiotherapist. Check with a doctor before starting a new training or diet plan, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are injured. Stop training and get help if something feels wrong. AI estimates and meal plans can be wrong; check what matters to you, such as allergens.

Volot Pro

Volot Pro is an auto-renewing subscription bought through the App Store. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own terms. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your Apple Account settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Basic logging of your training stays free.

Your account and what you post

• An account is optional. Keep your sign-in email secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
• You keep the rights to what you post. You allow us to store and show it to the people you choose, only to run Volot.
• Follow the community rules shown in the app: no harassment, hate, sexual content, spam, dangerous advice, or selling or promoting drugs and banned substances. Don't post other people's private information or content you don't have the rights to.
• We can remove posts and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. You can report posts and people in the app, and block them.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account.

Fair use

Don't misuse Volot: no scraping, automated accounts, attempts to get around limits or security, or reselling access to the Volot API. Personal API keys are for your own data and tools.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't create an account or promise access, a launch date or a price. We'll email you about Volot's launch; see the Privacy Policy.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Volot, so features can change. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. We try to keep Volot running, but can't promise it's always available or free of errors.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, or for injuries from training, which you do at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, without taking away the protection of the consumer law where you live.
